On March 27th, Money Services Express will no longer be available to stage bill payments. Please visit your local store’s money services desk for your bill pay needs.

Money Services Express is a simple and easy way to pay bills each month. Start by staging your bills online from the comfort of your home and then complete the transaction in store. With all the Money Services bill pay options, we’ve got you covered!

Please note that you can’t pay your bill via a check with Money Services Express. If you would like to pay your bill with a check, please go directly to your local store where our associates can help you.

Sign in using your Kroger Account details

You now have the option to sign in using your Kroger Loyalty account to keep track of your bill transaction history, see what you paid last time and have the option to repeat a payment.

Alternatively if you don’t wish to sign in using your Loyalty account, then you can always continue as guest and fill in your bill details as normal.

How do you start your bill payment with

Paying your bills with Money Services Express is easy. Start your bill payment online by providing us with a few details and then head to your participating location before 8pm the same day to complete the payment. Money Services Express in six easy steps:

  • Find your nearest participating store – Use our store locator to find your most convenient participating Kroger Family of Stores location.

  • Sign in using your Kroger account – It’s easy to sign in using your Kroger Loyalty account. If you don’t already have one, you can set one up in a few easy steps.

  • Enter your email address –This is required as we’ll need it to email you a code that must be brought into the store and scanned by one of our in-store associates to complete the transaction.

  • Find your biller – Choose from the biller’s list provided or use the search box to find your biller.

  • Type in the amount you wish to pay and choose a payment and delivery method – Enter the exact amount you need to pay and whether to pay by cash or debit card in store. Also, select the delivery method that ensures your payment arrives on time.

  • Enter a few more details based on the biller you are paying, and you’re done – it’s that easy! You can then review and complete your order or add another bill and repeat the process.

How to complete & pay your

Once your bill payments have been staged online, you’ll receive an email that contains your unique barcode along with details and instructions to complete your transaction.

Be sure to arrive by 8pm the same day to complete your transaction.

Remember, if you would like to pay a bill by check or have received a shut-off notice, please go directly to your nearest store.

To make sure the process is as smooth as possible, bring along the following:

  • The provided barcode (no need to print this out, we can scan it off your phone)
  • Your bill stubs – be sure to fill out the amount to be paid
  • A current government issued ID (passport, driver’s license, military ID)
  • Your cash or debit card for the bill payments and any estimated fees
