Ways you can pay

There are a few different ways you can pay your Alabama Power bill. These include starting the process online and finishing up in store or completing the whole payment process in person.

If you’re using MSX, you can enter your details online. Afterwards, head to your nearest Money Services location before 8pm that same day to simply finalize the payment.

If you prefer to visit a store to pay your Alabama Power bill, you can head to your nearest Money Services location to pay your bills and more there.

Before you set off to pay your Alabama Power electric bill, make sure you have enough funds to cover the bill and any fees that may be incurred. You will also need to bring a valid ID with you to ensure the bill payment can be processed. Bear in mind that payments could take up to three business days.
